The CBA aims to represent the bowler, first and foremost. We are not proprietors, and solely care about the survival and growth of our great game.
We have recently elected our Board of Directors for their 1-2 year terms. All officers are listed in the next section.

The CBA aims to be the foremost recordkeeping organization in candlepin. There has not been a standard, easily accessible resource for officially recorded scores and averages in many years. We aim to establish and make available a bowler's 'composite' average, since performance in a single league does not necessarily reflect the most accurate picture.
The CBA will work collaboratively with existing youth organizations and bowling centers to foster the growth of candlepin bowling as a whole. We view this as one of the most important functions that we can serve!
The CBA has access to a huge source of historical records, and our goal is to make those available in a standard format. It should be as simple as possible to learn more about how the great bowlers of the past performed, and the accolades they achieved. Our organization understands that we represent the perspective of the bowlers. But there are many other existing organizations that represent proprietors, state associations, and other groups. We aim to work together with these organizations to bring your thoughts and concerns to them in a more direct manner than ever before.
The CBA was founded in 2024 by bowlers, for bowlers. We seek to provide a platform to foster and keep record of the absolute best that candlepin competition has to offer.
